Every piece is hand-checked, wrapped, and dispatched from our Pune studio. Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed an order.

Dispatch Timelines

Most orders leave our studio within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces (marked clearly on the product page) may take 7–10 days, we’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities, 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of India, 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote and rural pincodes, up to 10 business days.

Where We Ship

We ship across India. International shipping is available on request for Singapore, UAE, UK and the US, please message us on WhatsApp before placing the order so we can confirm rates and timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹100 on orders below ₹2,500.
  • ₹200 on orders ₹2,500 and above.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a WhatsApp message with the courier and tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime with just your order number and phone, no login needed.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped in tissue, cushioned with eco-friendly fill, and sealed in a recyclable box. Gold- and silver-finished pieces are further wrapped in anti-tarnish cloth.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents within 48 hours and message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Delays

Sometimes weather, regional holidays or courier disruptions cause delays beyond our control. We’ll proactively message you on WhatsApp if your order is delayed by more than 48 hours.
