Refund & Returns Policy

Every piece we send out is inspected before it leaves. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right, no long waits, no run-arounds.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see below).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gold- and silver-finished pieces (delicate finishes cannot be re-stocked once handled).
  • Custom, personalised, or monogrammed orders.
  • Gifting sets and hampers marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales where returns were explicitly excluded.

Return Process

  1. Raise a request, Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91684 63767 or email thekitchensetup@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Approval, We respond within one working day to confirm eligibility and share the return address.
  3. Ship the item back, Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and dispatch it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to damage in transit or an incorrect item being sent.
  4. Inspection, Once we receive the returned piece, we inspect it within 3 working days.
  5. Refund, If the return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Approval

Returns are approved when the item arrives in the condition described at the time of the request, unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags. If the item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts, the return may be partially credited or declined at our discretion. We will notify you by WhatsApp or email with the outcome.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund initiation: on the same day as approval, via Razorpay to your original payment method.
  • Bank credit: 5–7 working days after initiation, depending on your card issuer or bank.

You will receive a confirmation message the moment the refund is initiated.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number or use the “Cancel Order” button in your account. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then raise a return request if needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us the photos along with your order number on WhatsApp or email.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no additional cost to you.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.
  • If you paid via UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Card through Razorpay, the refund follows Razorpay’s standard processing timeline.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions above are not met.
  • This policy applies to retail purchases on The Kitchen Setup website only. Wholesale or B2B orders are governed by separate terms agreed at the time of purchase.
  • The Kitchen Setup (Rohini Classicware) reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
