Silver Mirror Polish finish: • Wash with mild liquid soap and a soft sponge. • Avoid harsh scrubbers, bleach, and abrasive cleaners. • Wipe dry after washing to maintain shine. • Hand wash recommended for longer shine retention. Gold PVD finish (extra care to preserve the coating): • Hand wash only with mild liquid soap and a soft sponge or cloth. • Do NOT use steel scrubbers, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners. • NOT microwave, oven, dishwasher, or induction / direct-flame safe. • Wipe dry immediately after washing to maintain the mirror finish. • Handle gently, avoid knocks against hard surfaces that could scratch the PVD coating. For all finishes: • Avoid prolonged storage of highly acidic or salty contents. • Store in a clean, dry, ventilated place.

Once the product is picked up and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 business days.
