Use mild cleaners and a soft sponge, gentle dish soap is enough. Avoid harsh scrubbing to maintain shine and prevent scratches. Dry immediately after washing to avoid water spots and preserve the polished finish. Never heat the kadai empty, overheating empty stainless steel can warp or discolour it. For any see-through polycarbonate components: do not refrigerate. Low temperatures can cause cracks over time. Wipe joints and edges regularly with a damp cloth to prevent moisture buildup, rust, and water spots. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
